Steve Meinke has just won the first elimination against Tyrie Ballard, thus solidifying his place in the game as a longtime vet. Ayanna Mackins is starting to spiral because anyone can take a person’s star and give it to an ally but Ryan Kehoe assures her that she can as well.

“My reputation on ‘The Challenge’ is complicated. Some people will say, ‘Oh, wow, Ayanna is strong. You might get highly animated and passionate Ayanna. You might get funny, silly, joking Ayanna. But $250,000, that’s life-changing for me and my family of five,” she tells the cameras.

Jasmine Reynaud spills some tea and tells Kam Williams that during “All Stars 2,” Ayanna would start drama with the other castmates. “Half the time, I genuinely do love her. I guess it’s like a … love-annoyed [relationship],” Kam tells Jasmine.

The Challenge: All Stars players have to do math

At the start of the daily challenge, TJ Lavin rides up in a Winnebago, harkening back to “Road Rules” days. Nelly’s “Ride wit Me” is playing, bringing back old-school feels.

The challenge is called “Carsick” and the players have to listen to TJ on the radio, who will give them clues relating to stickers on the luggage perched on top while they’re 30 feet up in the air and spinning around. They have to memorize them and crack the equations while on the ground in order to unlock the luggage, which contains puzzle pieces. Once the pieces are put together, their time stops.

The teams are broken up into fours and they have to re-listen to the radio in order to decipher the clues. Janelle Casanave is in the first group and although they struggle, she stays calm and uses her math skills to help them finish.

Ayanna is watching Janelle and tells the cameras, “Keep your eye on Janelle. She’s going to keep us in check.” Target acquired.

Averey Tresller, Cara Maria Sorbello, Brad Fiorenza, and Ace Amerson can’t do basic math and think 8×6=36. They’re screwed.

Ultimately, Laurel Stucky, Nicole Zanatta, Jay Mitchell, and Tony Raines win.

Janelle Casanave makes a boss move

It’s a women’s elimination day so the middle group has to decide who to put in from the losing group. Janelle is in the bottom group and asks the “All Stars” cast to put her in so that she can win a star.

“When I’m talking to Ayanna, we obviously have not had the strongest connection. I’ve really tried to keep her at a distance, but I’m hoping she takes this as an extension of trust between the two of us,” Janelle says in a confessional.

Janelle tells the group that she doesn’t care who goes against her but Ayanna wants more info.

“You’re not getting something out of me without giving something. I want to know whose stars you’re going for and who you’re trying to go against. Because right now there are only two options and both of them are my friends,” Ayanna tells the cameras.

Ayanna Mackins spread lies about Janelle Casanave

This is when things get messy. During a night out, Ayanna tells the cast that Janelle wants to go against Jasmine, which is a flat-out lie.

“You can’t play this game without playing a game, so I try my little hand. I know it’s manufactured. I know it’s a little part of my crazy, but you know what? I’m making champion moves,” Ayanna says in a confessional.

Janelle gets wind of what Ayanna is doing and calls bullsh*t. “She is like, off the hook. It’s so Jekyll and Hyde to me all the time,” she tells Laurel.

Jasmine eventually hears that Janelle is supposedly out to get her and confronts her at the bar. “I said you guys decide who you want to put in,” Janelle tells her. Brandon Nelson confirms. Ayanna is happy about the chaos that she’s caused.

Now that Janelle makes it clear she wants to go in, Tina Barta, who is at the bottom, tries to convince Averey not to vote for her in a non-threatening, threatening way.

Janelle Casanave walks away from the drama

Tina challenges Janelle about the Jasmine drama, who says, “I put myself there to take less blood off of the house, but then like, this keeps happening. Listen, Tina, stay. I’ll leave. It’s not that serious to me. Especially all this. I have kids. I have a family.”

Ayanna doubles down and tells the group that Janelle is just trying to get sympathy from others with her tears. “She plays people and I don’t want to be a part of it.”

During the deliberation, Averey takes a stance and votes in Tina, which will put a target on her bet but she doesn’t want to get bullied. Respect.

When it’s her turn, Ayanna goes on and on about her choice but she doesn’t say anything for like five hours. Leroy Garrett finally asks who she’s voting for but she’s all, “Don’t cut me off.” However, someone has to so that production doesn’t have to do hours of edits. Leroy gets so fed up that he walks away.

After all that, Ayanna puts in Jasmine and Janelle, despite making waves about Janelle supposedly wanting to go against Jasmine. Shady pines, Ma!

Ultimately, Janelle tells Kam that she wants to go home. “Honestly, like, I am … I’m spent. I really thought this over, like, for my mental well-being. Like, I don’t want to be a part of this circus anymore.”

Jasmine and the rest of the house are starting to see Ayanna’s manipulations and are sad to see Janelle go.

Tina is the one voted into elimination and TJ invites starholders Nicole and Laurel to come down and get another star. Surprise, surprise, they decline and TJ tells Tina that because Janelle left, she’s safe for another day. However, despite not facing against anyone, she gets to steal another person’s star.

Tina chooses to steal Averey’s star because she voted her in and she basically floated her way toward getting a star by doing the least.
