Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 13 Reunion Part 2 Recap

Comments Off on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 13 Reunion Part 2 Recap

“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” Season 13 Reunion Part 2 is here and things are heating up right away, particularly because no one has to wait for Dorit Kemsley to get sewn into her hood/dress. Andy Cohen immediately starts the episode by addressing her and Kyle Richards’ rift.

“It seems like maybe that began last year where you said that you were disappointed in Dorit for how she handled the Kathy [Hilton] situation at the reunion,” Andy says. Kyle answers that she felt everyone was on Kathy’s side, rather than hers because everyone knows that “RHOBH” is all about Kyle.

Kyle Richards vs. Dorit Kemsley

Kyle thinks Dorit took Kathy’s side to get viewers’ approval, while Dorit says she just wanted the two sisters to make up. Both can be right here. However, Garcelle Beauvais points out to Dorit, “Do you ever say, ‘I was wrong, I should have done it? You’re right, I should have done that, you’re right, I’m so sorry.'” Dorit, who never gets defensive, says, “Garcelle, it is okay for me to defend something that is not true.”

Kyle goes on to say that the “RHOBH” Season 12 reunion was so hard for her that she “couldn’t even breathe,” and she just wanted a hug from Dorit. “I gave you a hug,” Andy interjects. As a host, he sure is making the moment about him.

Flashback to the Season 12 reunion when Dorit tried to get Kathy to be more understanding toward her sister but Kyle told Dorit to butt out. Sutton Stracke surprisingly has Dorit’s back.

Andy’s over it and pivots to Kyle’s sobriety. “It’s been, like, a year and a half, is that right?” he asks. “It feels amazing. It’s not like I had a ‘problem’ so you’d think, ‘Well, why would a change affect you so much?’ But there’s something about it that does change you,” she answers.

Kyle Richards vs. Ozempic/Sutton Stracke

The conversation then centers around Kyle’s weight loss and how everyone was talking about that even though Erika Jayne is a lot slimmer too. Crystal Kung Minkoff points out that Kyle was more blatant about her workouts and posting a lot on social media while Erika quietly lost weight.

Andy brings up the word no housewives want to hear, which is “Ozempic” but Kyle swears to the higher beings that she did not use the weight-loss drug. She shows off her toned arms to prove that it’s all gym.

Sutton, who has been waiting to jump in finally finds the opportunity when Kyle says she was “reckless” with her health in the past by doing drugs and drinking. “I’m gonna say this, I think you were reckless. Because you said I had a drinking problem [and] that I don’t eat. That is reckless in and of itself,” she tells Kyle.

“I never said you had a drinking problem,” Kyle says. Sutton disagrees and points out how Kyle insinuated she had an eating disorder by pushing around her food but not eating it. Kyle doubles down and replies, “I will say it again.”

Sutton alleges that Kyle doesn’t share private details about her life, which the “American Woman” producer points out that she has been on “RHOBH” for 13 seasons and has shared everything from her kids growing up to her problems with Mauricio Umansky. “You bought a horse this season and you have a dating coach. Give me a break,” Kyle scoffs. To be fair, Sutton also cried about how her ex was moving to Europe and that she’d have to talk to her lawyers about getting more child support.

Kyle and Sutton’s feud keeps going and going, and at this point, Annemarie Wiley starts seeming more interesting. Sutton talks about how Kyle has changed because she’s working out and has tattoos and Kyle claims, “You came in this season just to come after me.”

Sutton replies, “Have you lost your maaahnd?” Kyle shades Sutton’s showing up this season and says her horse and cashmere line “isn’t enough.” Sutton looks aghast at Kyle talking smack about her horse. Don’t come after Santos!

Andy wants to talk about Kyle’s weed dinner because there’s not enough tension between the housewives. Flashback to Denise Richards acting a hot mess and accusing Erika Girardi of being a mean girl to her the two seasons she was on. Andy read a fan’s suggestion that Denise was really mad about the Brandi Glanville hookup rumor and was simply taking her anger out on Erika, to which the “Pretty Mess” singer agreed.

Dorit Kemsley defends her robbery

Upside-down jacket-gate is addressed and Dorit says, “I still, to this day, don’t know what was bothering her, what she was thinking.” Kyle interjects that Denise thought Dorit was being a “mean girl.” Who knows how Denise would react if a “friend” pointed out she had food in her teeth?

Kyle and Mauricio weren’t the only couple who had problems during “RHOBH” Season 13. Dorit and PK’s marital issues came to light after the Brit didn’t understand her PTSD. Dorit starts to talk and Andy yawns behind his cards because he knows what’s coming. After years of reunions, it’s pretty much a Pavlovian response at this point.

Dorit explains how she got robbed out of $10,000 in cash and the most shocking thing about this conversation is that she was at Marshalls. “When I got to the register, I couldn’t find my bag. When they actually looked back at the footage, there were three men had followed and targeted me.”

Garcelle questions details about Dorit’s home invasion. “I believe you were robbed. I just thought there were a few things that were a little off,” stating the fact that the robberies left Dorit’s phone nearby as an example. Perhaps they were just kind burglars?

Dorit explains that she begged them to leave her phone by the gate so that she could contact PK and they obliged. Garcelle still seems doubtful, so maybe some burglars could chime in and say if they would or would not leave a victim’s phone by the gate. Please leave your answers in the comments.

Sutton shares that the “streets” told her that PK had a woman in his car when he got pulled over for DUI. She apologizes to Dorit for saying that because as Andy pointed out, the only streets Sutton knows are Rodeo Drive and Canon Drive in Beverly Hills. Chi chi chi chi chi!

Dorit Kemsley doesn’t like surprises

Dorito got a lot of flack for seeming unappreciative of PK’s “Pretty Woman” surprise and Julia Roberts surprisingly defended her on “Watch What Happens Live” by stating that the necklace should have been the present, rather than the whole event. Kyle agrees that Dorit would have liked to keep a piece of jewelry rather than be told it was on loan. They have a point. Give the woman a piece from Kay’s jewelry if you have to and let her keep it.

Dorit reveals that after filming wrapped, she and PK’s relationship hit an “all-time bad.” She shared that Boy George was in town and he and PK were staying at a hotel together. When Andy suggests Dorit and PK were living separate lives, she argues that they were just “living in separate places,” which the host points out is just “semantics.” Her baby hair continues to stick sadly to her forehead. Dorit says she and PK are “better than ever.” The housewives look unconvinced.

Erika, who has been patiently letting Kyle, Sutton, and Dorit have their spotlights, gets to finally talk. She shares that she doesn’t feel bad at all for how she slammed Denise and roasted her about OnlyFans. “Denise asked for that,” the Erika we all know says.

The topic turns to Tom Girardi, whom Crystal questions if his dementia diagnosis is real or not and how it’s weird he’s able to stand trial considering his disease. Just as things get tense between the housewives, Andy announces that Kathy is coming out.

Kyle Richards and Sutton Stracke can’t seem to work out their issues

Before that happens, Sutton gets put on the hot seat for all the shenanigans she went through during Season 13, particularly getting pseudo-offended over the Magic Mike show and her “Name ’em” scene. While she admitted she overreacted, Sutton says, “I didn’t like the simulation of cunnilingus.” Anyone who says “cunnilingus” doesn’t enjoy cunnilingus, simulation or otherwise.

The crux of Sutton’s problems was that her ex had just told her he was moving overseas. Then her sad turns to mad when she addresses Kyle’s statement that she only had a horse and cashmere, which are two things many people would be fortunate to have. Kyle rolls her eyes because she knows what it’s like to be poor, even though it was before many many “RHOBH” seasons ago.

Besides her cashmere and Santos, Sutton points out that she has her store, Avi, Oceanspray grapefruit juice, a mysterious driver she makes out with, and $300k a month from her divorce settlement.

Andy asks Annemarie how she feels about that so she’s included somehow and for the first time this episode she talks. “I have a lot of very, very, very wealthy and very, very, very famous friends and I don’t … I just don’t talk about it.” It’s not clear if she doesn’t talk about her very famous friends or the wealth that they have, or if she doesn’t talk about her very famous wealthy friends. “I’m from a world where you don’t do that,” Annemarie says, who also claimed she was an anesthesiologist.

Kyle and Sutton keep fighting. “Kaahl, you have been relentlessly cruel to me,” Sutton says. It’s clear they need a therapy session, not a “RHOBH” reunion. Kathy still hasn’t come out yet so guess what part 3 of the reunion will be about.
