Heather Dubrow has teamed up with the LGBTQ+ rights group Family Equality for a wine collab in Sonoma and everyone’s packing for the trip.
Of course, Heather is Miss Fancypants and shows her assistant how she wraps each clothing item with tissue paper so that they’re all nice and unwrinkled, just like how a fancy department store does it. Normal people just roll them up for more space, but whatever, Heather.
Jennifer Pedranti can’t fly in the private jet with the rest of them because she has to go to court with her ex-husband to settle the temporary alimony and child support.
On the PJ, Heather has assigned seats because she doesn’t want to sit next to Katie Ginella and she’s still annoyed at Gina Kirschenheiter so they’re in the naughty section.
“I’m actually shocked I’m not below where they put the dog crates,” Katie tells the cameras.
Sadness in Sonoma for Shannon Beador
They’re in Sonoma and Heather has separated the groups: Alexis Bellino, Tamra, and Heather go to a restaurant while Katie, Gina, Shannon Beador, and Emily Simpson have lunch in the cold mud.
The hot topic is Alexis being in the news for a red-carpet event with her boyfriend/Shannon’s ex-boyfriend John Janssen.
“In my wildest dreams did I ever think that he would be doing interviews on the red carpet,” Shannon says. In the Ferragamo shoes and belt that she bought him, no less!
Shannon says in a confessional, “John said, ‘You’ve ruined my life by making [the breakup] so public. Now he’s on Oscar party red carpets.”
At lunch, they ask Shannon if John is poor because why is he suing her for $75,000? She tells them that he sold his small stake in his company and mutters, “He has some money.”
That day was the deadline to respond to his suit and she tells the ladies that she countered for about half the amount. “I just feel like it’s just extortion or something, you know?” Shannon cries.
Heather Dubrow celebrates a win with Family Equality
Heather goes to her wine tasting with Tamra and Alexis. Family Equality has teamed up with winemakers to create four sparkling wines representing Heather’s kids and all the proceeds will go to the organization.
Jennifer arrives and they ask her about the court appointment. “It did not go how I thought it would go,” she tells them.
The judge ended up issuing her temporary support of $6,000 a month. That’s for five kids in Orange County. Heather probably spends that much on fancy champagne.
Because Tamra has to throw somebody under the bus, she starts talking about how Shannon was in the media for drinking at a mall bar by herself.
Flashback to Shannon telling Tamra that she had ordered a cranberry and soda. “I’ve never sat at a bar and ordered a mocktail,” a dubious Heather tells the cameras.
Shannon Beador receives more bad news
Emily, Gina, Shannon, and Katie are at the spa where they smell things from a perfumer. Shannon gets a call from her lawyer, who tells her that John didn’t accept her offer. She’s not going to give him a single penny more. Emily doesn’t want her to go to court over this and Shannon sobs, “It’s just principle!”
“It just feels so vindictive. Why do you want to hurt somebody so badly when you’re so happy in your new relationship?” Gina says in a confessional. “Take the f*cking check and go live your life.”
Emily tells Shannon just to write the check and move on with her life because she’s worried she’ll have a nervous breakdown.
Meanwhile, on the other side of Sonoma, Alexis tells Heather, Tamra, and Jennifer that she told John to just settle. However, he’s not willing to because Shannon has besmirched his good name. He’s doing a pretty good job of ruining his own reputation by suing his ex-girlfriend.
“He’s not stopping. Unless their attorney came back with something really good, John will file a lawsuit,” Alexis says.
At the spa, they all agree that Alexis should stay out of it and Gina brings up the video John has of Shannon on the night of her DUI supposedly almost running his daughter over. Shannon doesn’t know about this yet and everyone looks at Gina in horror.
They finally tell Shannon and she cries, “I am working so f*cking hard on myself. Is he like, trying to take me down? I’m so angry right now.” She starts to hysterically sob while the other Housewives comfort her. “He’s a monster!” she sobs.
Gina suggests that Shannon tell her lawyer about the video and she gets up to call him.
Shannon Beador drops a bombshell in Sonoma
Everyone’s getting ready for dinner in Sonoma but Shannon visits Heather’s room for a serious conversation. “I have something that’s weighing on me and it just feels like I need to get it out,” Shannon prefaces.
She tells Heather about how she just found out about the damning video. “I didn’t know that Alexis is telling everybody. I didn’t even know anything about the video.”
“He wants to clear his name and I’m not lying. I’m not lying about John. When I started my relationship with John, I paid for everything. I did for the first couple of years. I did! Does it make you look bad? I don’t know, but I’m not lying about it.”
This is where Shannon spills dirt on John. She explains to Heather that on the night of her DUI, she lost control of the car and hit the house.
After the police came, she blacked out and woke up in the hospital. About 10 days later, a friend asked her how many seconds it was between the time she left John’s house and the accident occurred. She told him, “Three to five seconds max,” to which her friend replied, “Well, I find it strange that John didn’t come running after you.”
When she checked her text messages, she didn’t remember but she had sent John a photo of herself bloodied from the accident and it took him about an hour and a half for him to reply, “What the heck’s going on? The cops just brought Archie here.”
“He just ignored the picture?” Heather asks. “I guess he just went to bed,” Shannon says. She then shows the picture she sent to John and Heather is horrified. “If that’s true, that’s f*cked,” Heather states.
