Vanderpump Rules Season 11 Reunion Part 3 Recap

Comments Off on Vanderpump Rules Season 11 Reunion Part 3 Recap

The contentious beef between James Kennedy and Tom Sandoval continues in the third part of “Vanderpump Rules” Season 11 Reunion.

Andy Cohen brings up how James wanted an apology from Sandoval for having a secret affair with his ex-gf Rachel Leviss, but then in return, got berated for hooking up with his ex Kristen Doute.

“The perception is that you can’t take ownership of your won’t thing,” Andy tells Sandoval. “I, for the record, apologized immediately,” Sandoval says. “I do regret not talking to you. I should have done that. I was scared and I take accountability for that.”

James is also salty about Sandoval treating him like an annoying younger brother all these years. Sandoval apologizes for minimizing their friendship, which James is grateful for.

Andy then asks Ariana Madix if she’d ever be okay being in the same room with Sandoval and talking to him. “At this point, no. I don’t feel comfortable with that,” she says. Andy brings up how others wanted Ariana to move on but she points out that it’s literally been about three months since Scandoval hit.

“Last summer was really, really difficult and I felt like as much as I think people were coming from a place of care, I felt like I was being pushed to be further along that I was ready for,” Ariana says.

Lala Kent reveals fallout with Brittany Cartwright

Tom Schwartz reveals that he went to Kentucky with Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright and Lala Kent jumps in. “Brittany acted so out of pocket on the day of my gender reveal,” Lala tells him. She shares that Brittany had texted her mom to accuse her of stealing her “nanny.”

Lala states that she used Brittany’s babysitter, which is different from a nanny, and she was in Kentucky anyway, so why does it matter? Brittany claimed that Jax yelled at her about the babysitter and Lala’s response was, “Well then you need to have Jax call me so I can eat him alive instead.”

“Had it not been Brittany, my mama would have slapped this ho the next time she saw her,” Lala rants. “My 63-year-old f*cking mom is being questioned by Kentucky Muffin!”

Tom Sandoval is ready to unblock Scheana Shay and Summer Moon

Now that Sandoval and Scheana Shay are on speaking terms, he’s ready to unblock her and her cute daughter Summer Moon. Brock Davies wants to be unblocked too, by the way.

Addressing his comment that Sandoval is a better friend to Scheana than Ariana, Brock tells the group that his wife has fought with all the ladies (except for Ariana) and Sandoval has had her back for years.

“What you’re saying about Scheana’s journey in this group is absolutely true but I have been in her corner and supported her since day one with that,” Ariana tells Brock. “Obviously this year was a little bit more difficult for us.”

Ariana is also hurt by the things that Scheana has said on the show, such as Sandoval missing her friendship more than he misses Ariana. Scheana points out that Ariana has not watched “Vanderpump Rules” Season 11 so she’s only getting bits and pieces from online.

Andy asks Scheana if she’s jealous of Ariana’s many opportunities. “I don’t think it’s jealous. I think it was a feeling of being left out,” Scheana answers. “I just didn’t want her to like, forget about me. I wanted to be on the journey with her.” It’s just Scheana Shay’s world and we’re all living in it.

Tom Sandoval vs. Katie Maloney

“Vanderpump Rules” fans have to agree on one thing — Schwartz is extremely influenced by Sandoval, and Katie Maloney thinks he had some part in her divorce. “I mean when someone speaks so negatively about you to your spouse over years and years … I think that contributed to Tom’s opinion of me,” she says.

Sandoval thinks that it was when Katie inserted herself into Schwartz & Sandy’s business that their relationship tanked. This guy is delulu because he’s been talking smack about Katie for years before that.

Sandoval gets on the self-pity train and bemoans about feeling like he doesn’t deserve love from Katie. She tells him, “Choke, I don’t care.” Andy says, “Well, your chemistry is undeniable.” Then, because Sandoval has learned nothing of keeping his mouth shut, he quips, “Yeah, we’re going to go bang it out.” Everyone throws up a little in their mouths.

Ariana Madix sees the Vanderpump Rules Season 11 finale

We all saw how the “Vanderpump Rules” Season 11 finale played out but the cast didn’t, especially Ariana. They’re finally all going to watch it together.

Ariana watches as Sandoval rants to the others about how she shouldn’t be on the show if she doesn’t want to film with him and talks smack about her friends. Scheana in real-time looks scared.

Then, Ariana sees her supposed friend Lala ranting about how she thinks she’s Beyoncé. “It’s bullshit that she can’t film with someone that she stays under the same roof!” Now, Ariana looks heartbroken.

They all watch Lala slam Ariana and Sandoval for supposedly being fake on camera and Ariana tell the cameras that her ex never apologized to her off-camera. Everyone’s speechless and Andy first asks Ariana what she thinks.

“A lot of what was said was really hurtful. That is me being my honest self. The hurt that I felt, I felt so deeply. I’m not here for the him putting on the waterworks thing,” she says.

“You know me well enough to know that this is not acting,” Sandoval tells her. “I don’t, though. I don’t,” she responds, not looking at him. They argue back and forth until Ariana cries, “I just want you away from me. I just want you gone.” Sandoval breaks down.

“I just want to say to you I’m sorry. I’m not asking you to forgive me. I know you won’t. I know you don’t want to be around me … You didn’t deserve that. And I’m really sorry from the bottom of my heart, Ariana,” Sandoval tells her.

Ariana Madix addresses Lala Kent’s rant

Ariana is asked how she felt about watching Lala go off about her in the finale. “It hurts my feelings a whole lot. It really does,” she cries. “Because I was trying so hard. And then I feel like it’s our job to live our lives and I’m living authentically by walking away from that.”

“I think the walkway was earned. I agreed with Lala when it happened. Now, I feel like it was well-earned,” Schwartz says.

Lala then goes on a diatribe about how she didn’t feel supported when her ex Randall Emmett allegedly cheated on her and was accused of forcing women onto the casting couch. She then says being on “Vanderpump Rules” helped her get opportunities that support her daughter and the one that she’s soon having on her own.

She’s basically mad that Ariana has other opportunities like “Chicago” and “Dancing with the Stars” that can support her even if she refuses to film “VPR.”

Lala says, “I will be damned if one person doesn’t step up to the f*cking plate. So then at least if you don’t give a f*ck about like, your position on the show because you’re thriving, I’m going to need you to give a f*ck about mine.” She adds, “I was livid that night. Livid.”

“Arguably, if you want to talk in show terms, me walking away from that conversation was a lot more interesting than me sitting there and having it,” Ariana shoots back. “Was that not a better ending to your season to give you another season for another paycheck?”

Lisa Vanderpump defends Ariana Madix

Lisa Vanderpump compares her leaving “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” to Ariana not wanting to film with Sandoval. After Puppygate, Lisa refused to show up at the Season 9 reunion, thus cementing her departure from “RHOBH.”

“When I left ‘Beverly Hills,” you go to the reunion with an intention to reunite. I did not want to reunite. I didn’t want to see any of them again. If you want to fight because you think you want to go forward, then fight for it. If you want to say, ‘You know what, I’m f*cking done,’ then that’s okay too,” she says.

Lisa tells Ariana, “So, you have a point that maybe people haven’t been exactly honest. But if Ariana is walking away at that point, nobody can tell me she hasn’t shown up. She has shown up. If I’d been in that situation, I wouldn’t have shown up with my husband and his mistress or whatever. So yes, she has. Sometimes, it’s okay to walk away.” Her advice to Ariana is to respond to people more so that they don’t feel like she’s shutting them out.

Ariana starts crying against Katie and for some inexplicable reason, Scheana heads over to Lala to ask if she can do anything else for her, instead of hugging her BFF. Ariana’s hair gets stuck in Katie’s earrings and there is laughter amid tears.

The “Vanderpump Rules” Season 11 reunion wraps up and it looks like the friendship between Ariana and Scheana is fractured. Katie and Ariana are closer than ever, especially with their sandwich shop, Something About Her.

The group toasts to sandwiches instead of shots and “Vanderpump Rules” is officially over, forever it looks like.
